Tim Mayo's genre is influenced by singer songwriter's like Benjamin Booker and Mac Demarco, as well as, bands like Delta Spirit and Dr. Dog. He also greatly digs lo-fi garage sounds of the bands, as well as their catchy choruses. And as far as writing lyrics go, he likes to write around concepts and themes throughtout songs, but to also keep them very personal.
